Paul Silverberg has a proven track record of directing businesses through all stages of development, from start-up through mergers and acquisitions. He has worked with businesses in a wide range of fields, including hospitality, medical, aerospace, and technology. Silverberg has considerable expertise assisting foreign companies in entering the US market, developing performance strategies, establishing critical relationships, and assuring continued compliance. Paul understands that his success and helpful advice are based not just on his prior achievements, but also on helping others overcome missteps or failures.
Mr. Silverberg has worked as a corporate officer (Vice President), consultant, board of director, former attorney, and adviser for organizations ranging in size from small business to publicly traded enterprises, utilizing his finance, economics, and law degrees and extensive experience. Paul has prepared, researched and made presentations to venture funds, board of directors, panels, potential strategic partners and shareholders.
Paul was an early employee executive (the 4th employee), who was responsible for the company's growth, finance, investor relations and business development, which resulted in hiring over 80 employees, strategic collaborations with nationally recognized organizations, and a $52 million fund raise.
He has counseled and developed strategies for a number of foreign-based companies seeking to enter the US market, including one that resulted in a $180 million product sales deal and a celebration in Seoul with special recognition from the President of South Korea. Currently, Paul is working with a number of clients, including a foreign five-star restaurant that will open its first domestic location in Q1 2022 with the most expensive buildout in the United States.
